My mother passed away in 2015 and according to her wishes, we appointed this funeral director. From start to finish we were rushing around chasing them up and even chasing the minister up who attended the family the day before the funeral.
They don't seem to able communicate messages to whoever is in charge and now that my sister has now this week passed away, we will definitely NOT be using this company.
