As a family we are really grateful to BCM for the marvellously supportive and kind service they provided our family for our father’s cremation. Particularly noteworthy is the extreme sensitivity they accorded us from the minority ethnicity viewpoint because ours was, spiritually, a Vedic dharma sacrament. The team at BCM went out of their way in supporting and accommodating our requests. We cannot recommend them highly enough for their great compassion, kindness and sympathy. We are really grateful.
We would like to thank BCM with all our hearts for their very professional services for my dear mums funeral. Victoria and her team supported us every step of the way and showed so much compassion for mum and us. I organised my fathers Funeral with BCM. They did a fantastic job & co-ordinated all aspects of it beautifully. Particularly arranging for a horse & carriage to be waiting outside the church to take dad to his burial. We have a big family & they were very patient waiting for everyone to take their photos & wait for family member to get to the Cemetery due to parking issues.
Even with the horse & carriage we paid several thousand pounds less, than with most high street Undertakers & got a sterling service. Thank you to Jayne, Mike & all the team for your kindness patience & professionalism, it made a very difficult day a little easier & we would be happy to recommend your services to anyone.
