We have now used Irish & Denman for both my late father, and late mother's funerals - they lead you through the process with charm, concern, humour and efficiency. They go the extra mile to do what your loved ones would want with their remains quietly & with no bother.
For example our mother died at 9.00 pm in a secure hospital, to ensure the other patients were not upset by her body's removal they attended at 6.00 am the next morning when everyone else was still asleep without having to be asked. The vicar due to take Mum's funeral had a stroke an hour before the service and Nigel found a replacement who even knew the family!
Nigel Irish is a consummate professional who runs his own company. He offers limited choices, as he does not want to 'rip people off' and follows through impeccably - I cannot recommend him and his team more highly - without saying I would like him to undertake my funeral too!
