From the moment I called carpenter's funeral service I knew my mum would be taken care of.The care and compassion was excellent from all of the staff who works there.I got a one to one service twenty four hours a day and and Robin our funeral director who looked after me was first class from the moment he came to our house to make arrangements for my mum's service he put my whole family at ease and made a very stressful time a lot easier for us all, I must say he came into our home at a very difficult time as a stranger but he left as a very good friend and not just a funeral director, the service from carpenter's was excellent from start to finish and I would highly recommend them to any family in their time of need.
