We chose Chrystal Funeral Services because it was independent and what an excellent choice it was. From the minute we arrived everything became calm and all was taken care of effortlessly. William was very kind and considerate and his friendly manner put us at ease. From meeting him till after the funeral, all went completely smoothly and I would have no hesitation in recommending Chrystal.
Willie and the staff at Chrystal funeral services made the whole process of organising my mum's funeral so much easier. They were professional and knowledgeable when providing us with choices and information, making us aware of different options to suit our needs. We believe they went above and beyond what other funeral services would have, for instance, my mum's wishes were to be taken home to her bedroom (which was up steep stairs and round a bend). Willie and his staff made sure this wish was carried out even though it wasn't the easiest task. A local company with a personal touch that made a difference to us at a horrible distressing time.
