I would like to say a big thank you to mark and debbie and their team for helping me with the funeral of my husband.. from a warm welcome on entering their office and total professionalism to the end. Well done.

Jackson's Funeral Home was recommended to us by a family friend when our father passed away. We contacted the funeral home and Mark talked us through the funeral process explaining what would happen, how to register and covered absolutely everything, even arranged for the floral tributes...nothing was too much trouble. Mark and his wife even opened the office late one evening so we could visit our father for which they did not charge. Marks wife Debbie came into the chapel of rest with us as we were not sure what to expect but she held our hands and comforted us. Although we didn't know what to expected we were really pleased we saw him; he looked so peaceful. On the day of the funeral Mark and his staff arrived on time and the cortège looked beautiful with 3 gleaming cars that sparkled in the sunlight and our dads coffin looked immaculate draped in the flowers we had chosen. We gave our dad the best send off and we believe we picked the best funeral director to carry out our wishes. If we know anyone that is need of funeral services we will recommend you highly. Mark (and Debbie) you were absolutely fantastic thank you. With love IG X X X

Thank you Mark (and Deb) for getting us through what was a difficult day. We received a professional service and everything possible was done to make sure we knew what was happening all the time. Looking back there is nothing I would change, everything was excellent. Thank you.

The service I received was excellent. The funeral went 'without a hitch' and met with my expectations. Every assistance was given to me. I have been given valuable information regarding the ashes and how the family should deal with them at the appropriate time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark in the future.

We couldn't wish for a more perfect funeral, The staff were very polite and we really liked the way Mark paged the hearse away from the home. Everything was as promised.
