this family company is highly regarded by everyone in the area in and around Tenbury,
They are extremely professional and have been first choice over many many years for bereaved families.Our brother in law died unexpectedly so our first call was to Caldicotts, whereupon they came were very understanding and all of the rest of the funeral plans were undertaken by them so that our family did not have to think about that part of the funeral. We have never heard any criticism of them and our own experience was a very good one, when my time comes I know that they will be there for me and their quiet organisation will ensure everyone peace of mind much needed at one of the most awful moments in a families' life.
Graham, and his team were absolutely amazing during the whole process and their understanding of our requirements and attention to detail meant the service was fitting for our Grandmother and one that meant we were able to concentrate in comforting each other on this sad day.
The compassion and understanding shown to us is a credit to them and a shining example to their very difficult but necessary industry. Our heart felt gratitude goes to them and will not be forgotten.
